About Founder & CEO

Rachel Kehoe, Founder & CEO of GoldenRay Solutions, brings a rare combination of hands-on small business experience and advanced AI strategy. She has worked with multiple operational and software platforms across small businesses, designing and implementing customized back-end systems that actually help teams operate efficiently, without overwhelm.

She holds a Johns Hopkins University Certificate in AI in Business Strategy, taught by Dr. Ian McCulloh, faculty leader on the Johns Hopkins AI Business Strategy certificate and former head of Accenture’s federal AI practice, bringing deep expertise in strategic AI application and organizational transformation.

Raised on GoldenRay Farm in White Hall, Maryland, a fourth-generation occupied family horse property still in operation today, Rachel grew up around family-run home services and real estate businesses. This background informs her long-term, structured approach to systems, partnerships, and operational design.
