Rachel Kehoe
Rachel Kehoe, Founder & CEO of GoldenRay Solutions, brings a systems-focused approach to small business operations, combining hands-on business experience with modern AI and technology strategy.
She has worked across multiple operational and software platforms, helping small businesses design and implement structured backend systems that improve efficiency, reduce friction, and create clarity in day-to-day operations.
She holds a Certificate in AI in Business Strategy from Johns Hopkins University, where she studied strategic applications of AI in business systems and organizational improvement.
Raised on GoldenRay Farm in White Hall, Maryland, a fourth-generation family-operated property, Rachel grew up around small, family-run businesses in home services and real estate. This background shaped her practical, structured approach to operations and long-term business thinking.
Through GoldenRay Solutions, she partners with small businesses to turn operational complexity into clear, actionable systems that improve performance and scalability.
